14-day refund window
If you're not satisfied with VibeDeck, you can request a refund within 14 days of your first charge (your 7-day free trial does not count toward this window — you're not charged until the trial ends). Refunds outside this window are considered case by case.
How to request a refund
Because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for your subscription, refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Open My Orders and request a refund for your VibeDeck order, or email help@getvibedeck.com with your order details and we'll submit the request on your behalf.
Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, independent of whether you request a refund. Cancelling stops future billing; VibeDeck's actions stay unlocked through the remainder of the paid period, then lock as described in our Terms of Use.
